New Perspectives, Familiar Territories

New Perspectives, Familiar Territories

A workshop exploring art, landscape & emotion.

FREE l 16-25 years | Thursday 22 June | 5 - 8pm | Westbury Arts Centre

You’ll work with artist Tendayi Vine to explore different techniques for understanding and recording physical spaces. This includes drawing, collage, photography & mapmaking. You’ll document physical geography as well as begin to highlight the emotional & psychological relationships that can be had with spaces by drawing on memories, stories & personal experiences.

You don’t need any experience – just an interest in exploring different spaces creatively. It’ll be relaxed, friendly, sociable and snacks will be provided.

Part of Art Craft Technology Place, Westbury Arts Centre’s Artist in Residence programme.
